DESIGN

01. A SHARP LOOK

The second generation of the SUPRIM series takes the exterior design philosophy from the previous model with its brushed metal cover, octagonal fan slots and strips surrounding the fans.

02. POLISHED EDGES

The chamfered edges, which are polished several times with diamond cutting, create a mirror-like surface. It reveals the feeling of metal with its sparkling sharp edges.

03. FINISHING TOUCHES

Linear motifs surround the fans, making the octagonal structure and 45-degree angled cut more prominent.

TRI-FROZR 3S

Thermal design With renewed fans, Airflow Control technology and other innovations, TRI-FROZR 3S is the best air cooling solution developed by MSI so far.

TORX FAN 5.0

TORX FAN 5.0 is a design improvement that increases the air pressure and amount coming onto the heatsink. The airflow obtained with this design is at least 10% more intense than the TORX FAN 4.0 design and at least 23% more intense than axial fans. The connection belts connecting all three fan blades further concentrate the air flow onto the heatsink. Each connecting arch bends inward at the ends, reducing turbulence and drag. The fan shroud, which is slightly higher than the surface of the card, eases the flow of air through the fans. The protrusions under this cover prevent air from entering again and reduce noise while keeping the air flow stable.

ADVANCED SOLUTION - Steam Room

A steam room is an excellent method for keeping the temperature constant on flat surfaces. The vapor chamber located on the GPU and VRAM directs the heat onto the Core Pipe pipes.

KEEP THE CORE COOL - CORE PIPE DESIGN

Core Pipe cooling pipes were produced with the most precise calculations to utilize the available free space in the most efficient way. Square-shaped cooling pipes make full contact with the GPU base plate and distribute heat throughout the heatsink.

AIRFLOW CONTROL

Certain sections of the heatsink blades reduce whistling and reduce noise by dissipating unwanted harmonics created by the airflow.

FILLER WINGS

The heatpipe routing design was renewed, allowing additional heatsink blades to be added.

WAVE-CURVED 3.0

Additional efficiency was achieved by re-adjusting the dimensions of the wave-shaped edges located under the fan motor and at points where air flow is low.

AIR ANTEGRADE FIN

V-cut wings were strategically placed to allow airflow to pass more easily. By optimizing the tilt angle and increasing the undulation, air resistance was directed towards the center. Thus, the hot air is quickly pushed outwards, just like a barrel.

METAL BACKPLATE

Thermal cushions located under the solid metal base plate provide additional cooling, while trapped heat is discharged through air channels.

ZERO FROZR

If the temperature is relatively low, the fans automatically stop and the sound is completely cut off when active cooling is not required. When the temperature increases during the game, the fans start to spin again.

DOUBLE BEARING CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to two sets of durable bearings, TORX FANS will withstand years of intense and long gaming sessions.

PCB and Reinforcements

High Efficiency Carbonyl Coils (HCI)

As a result of the improvements we made in the materials and production of our coils, we have reached high-efficiency carbonyl coils (HCI). Thanks to the monolithic mold, this design reduces coil hum and provides better electrical filtering.
